Languard Ltd transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in April 2026.

The move to an EOT allowed the company's employees to have a stake in its future, ensuring long-term stability and maintaining its independent status as a provider of services to the highways, industrial, and amenity sectors.  A new entity, Languard Employees Trustee Limited was incorporated in April 2026 to act as the trustee for the EOT. Languard Limited continues to serve the entire UK, leading the way in sustainable and safety-conscious vegetation management.
